Our Promise to You: We want you to find your quiet. Because Soundbuds are designed for sleep, focus, and travel with a mouldable fit, we are confident they will conform to your unique ear shape. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee.
*You have 30 days from the date you receive your Soundbuds to try them out. If they don’t help you find your peace, or if the fit isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply email us at help@mysoundbuds.com. Please include your Order Number and a brief description of why the Soundbuds didn't work for you.
Return Conditions
- Comfort Guarantee: For your first pair of Soundbuds, you are eligible for a refund even if the package has been opened and the product has been tried.
- Additional Items: If you purchased multiple pairs, any additional, unopened items must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund, due to hygiene standards.
Return Postage
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind/Comfort: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
