Returns policy
We genuinely hope that you find our earplugs as favourable as our previous sleepers have had so far. However, should this not be the case and you have changed your mind, Soundbuds would be pleased to organize an exchange or refund in accord to the following prerequisites.
- This must be communicated with our team within 14 days of order arrival.
- Item(s) & related accessories have not been opened and show no signs of use.
*Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to be processed back to your account.
How to contact us for a return
You can submit your return claim by contacting our team at returns@mysoundbuds.com. Please include your #order-number and reason for returning when reaching out to us.
Shipping costs
Return shipping charges are not covered by SoundBuds (unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged). Nonetheless, the postage method is left to your discretion. If you require assistance with choosing a shipping carrier, you can always reach out to our friendly team for further advice.
Exchanges
Item(s) may be exchanged for any other product(s) up to the same purchase value of the original order. Any additional amount owing beyond the value of the returned item(s) must be covered by the customer.
Refunds
Where “change of mind” has occurred and a full refund is requested back after returning item(s), the total price of the product excluding the original shipping cost will be issued back to the purchasers account. *Where orders qualified for free shipping, the refund total will be adjusted by the actual shipping cost Soundbuds had covered at the time of posting your order.
Faulty items
Soundbuds stands behind every single ear protection bud that is sold through our website and we’re committed to your satisfaction. For any reason that your earplug is found to be faulty, a full refund or exchange will be provided to you.
